Easy to book appointments on line but sometimes it can be more than 7 days to find an appointment with the doctor of choice. In emergency the doctors are always happy to ring back to discuss the problem. Receptionist give an indication if the Doctor is running late.

Just moved into the area. Needed an appointment and was phoned same day to say i could have a cancelled appointment. Doctor very friendly and prescription worked very well. Pleased with my new surgery so far

Suffering from Emphysema, I have never had a problem seeing a Doctor at short notice at Beversbrook. Take today as an example: I only visited to take a friend for a blood test by the practice nurse. While he was having his treatment, I was asked to attend the nurses room. I was told that I had an appointment for a flu jab on the same day I had arranged to take my friend for a hospital appointment in Swindon. The practice nurse said, "We don't want you rushing around on the day of the hospital appointment so roll up your sleeve"! A little prick and it was all over for my friend and myself. Excellent service and lovely people.

This practice sets the standard. Fantastic really has it together and very proactive. Very impressed. Others could learn a great deal.

I moved to this surgery and my 1 st appointment with my gp was fantastic she helped me straight away with my issues I have recieved more care than it had at my last surgery absolutely fantastic and the receptionist are so friendly and helpful
